Discover Chagall’s Childhood World
Petting Zoo & Art Workshop
Saturday, October 20, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Chagall shared his childhood village in Russia through fantastical paintings where memory and fantasy combine to create a whole new world where animals and people float together in space. Families will visit the exhibition, interact with the animals in a special petting zoo and collaborate on pastel drawings that record the children’s own neighborhoods. Museum admission plus $5 per family art material fee. No reservations needed. Costumes encouraged! Weekends only there is a $2 parking fee (members, free).
