Summer Art Lab at Home

Ages 5 – 10

Let us bring the Museum to you this summer! Our popular Summer Art Lab program has been redesigned to be explored at home in 3 themed week-long sessions. Each weekly session includes several age-appropriate art projects using a variety of materials to engage students in an exploration of art through creativity and imagination. Art Lab is geared for ages 5 – 10, and projects can be differentiated for each student through conversations with our educator Katie.

Enrollment is limited to 12 students per session, and registration is required. Registration includes access to:
  •  Instructional videos for each project to work through at your own pace + a special video for adults sharing some tips and tricks.
  • 3 live virtual classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – at 10 am via Zoom community building, inspiration, Q+A and sharing.
  • Introduction to historical and contemporary artists.
  • A private, virtual conference per family with Katie to discuss the art projects.
  • Art materials kit with supplies needed for the week of projects. Available for curbside pickup at the Museum the week before each session begins; if you prefer contactless drop-off (local deliveries only), then two weeks’ advance registration is required.

**When registering, the registration button will bring you to the Week 1 sign up. To sign up for a different week, click “see other dates” and choose the start date for your week in the registration calendar.
