In 1919, Childs Frick, along with his wife and four children, moved into the estate that would later become the Nassau County Museum of Art. Explore what it must have been like to live in the early 20th century as one of the Frick children with a variety of fun, educational activities: learn all about the wildlife living on the 145 acres of land surrounding the museum with a live demonstration of rescue animals by Volunteers for Wildlife; celebrate Lunar New Year by making your own blue and white tea cups inspired by Mrs. Frick’s extensive collection of Chinese porcelain; and explore the unique features of our Gold Coast mansion with a one-of-a-kind architectural scavenger hunt!

Please register in advance for this event.
