Master the essential foundation of compelling art in this hands-on drawing class focused on visual measurement and proportion. Accurate structural dimensions ensure your artwork feels grounded and convincing long before you apply color or fine detail. Through guided observational exercises, students will practice core techniques—like comparative measurement, negative space analysis, and plumb lines—to spot and correct proportional mistakes early in the block-in stage. Suitable for working in pencil, charcoal, or digital media, this course trains your eye to capture relative scale with confidence, giving you the solid foundation needed to elevate your work from observation to imagination.

Pre-registration is required for this on-site class.
