NCMA Members-Only Book Club

Introducing NCMA’s new book club, exclusively for museum members. The next meeting is Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 3 pm. Join us and connect with individuals who have similar interests in art, culture, history, and literature. The book selection for this meeting is written by award-winning author, Doris Kearns Goodwin and is a touching memoir of growing up in love with her family and baseball.
Set in the suburbs of New York in the 1950s, Wait Till Next Year re-creates the postwar era, when the corner store was a place to share stories and neighborhoods were equally divided between Dodger, Giant, and Yankee fans.
Facilitated by Associate Curator Alex Maccaro, the meeting will be held in the main floor Library. Light refreshments will be served.
