Price per class:
Members: 1 adult and child $20
Non-members: 1 adult and child $25
$5 for each additional child (maximum 2 children per adult parent/caregiver)

 

Step into the pages of beloved children’s books and watch stories come alive through art! In this highly interactive, collaborative workshop, children ages 4–7 and their caregivers will team up to explore literature through tactile crafting, playful mechanics, and creative engineering.

Each session begins with an engaging reading of a celebrated storybook, followed by a hands-on art project that transforms abstract themes into beautiful, functional, and kinetic sculptural objects. Perfect for developing fine motor skills, spatial reasoning, and a lifelong love for reading and art!

This is a true partner class! Come ready to cut, color, tape, and create right alongside your child as you help them navigate early paper mechanics and engineering. Let’s make some mess and some magic!

 

Materials Provided: All essential design components are supplied, including Kwik Stix, watercolors, pastels, clear overlays, brass fasteners, and varied construction papers.
