Here are some common questions about purchasing tickets to the Museum.
During the pandemic we are asking all visitors to adhere to appropriate measures to prevent spread of the virus.

May I purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets may be purchased or reserved in advance to ensure access to the exhibitions.
Members, Library Pass holders and those with other admission discounts do not have to reserve in advance.

How do I reserve member tickets?
To reserve admission tickets and use your member discounts on programs, click here to sign in/register, then use the email address at which you receive email from us as your user name. Log out and sign back in to buy tickets. If you don’t have an email address on file, you may buy tickets when you arrive, but please give us an email at the front desk for future online purchases.
I have a pass from my Library. How do I get tickets?
Library passes that are valid for the day of admission are accepted. No advance reservations are required.
I have a coupon, free pass or other discounted admission. How do I get tickets?
You cannot reserve tickets in advance with discounts other than Membership. You should present your coupons or passes when you arrive at the Museum.
What do I do if I cannot purchase on line/don’t have internet access?
You may come to the Museum and on arrival you will be able to buy tickets.
I reserved tickets online. Where are my tickets?
You will receive two emails after making your reservation. One confirms your purchase and the other contains a link to view or print your tickets.
I did not get the email containing my tickets. What can I do?
Please email email@example.com with your name and or order number. We will resend the email as quickly as possible.
I can view my tickets at home but can’t print or show my tickets on my phone/mobile device when I arrive.
Please jot down the ticket numbers and we can enter them manually when you arrive.

How do I chose the date and time that I want to visit?
On the tickets page, click Other dates and select your preferred date from the calendar.
Then click Other times to select your preferred time.
Can I change the date and time of my reserved tickets?
In the event you need to change the date or time of your visit please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reschedule your visit to another date and/or time based on availability.
Is there a time I can enter for free or pay what I wish?
Admission for Members is always free! Join today.
Do I need tickets to visit the arboretum and sculpture garden or walk the trails?
The arboretum, sculpture garden and trails are free for all to enjoy.
